Non-immigrant?
Hey,
i have a question here, if i apply for a non-immigrant visa to the usa. will the embassy approved my application again?? i already been to the usa beside a non-immigrant visa and stay there for lik 18 months of course i extended my duration last i be there, but now i want to go posterior there?? would they still approve my application because i already been there and be granted a non-immirant visa before?? plus i have family here who are willing to sponsor and support me?? pls give some answer thank u

You better apply for non-immigrant again, because the other way is too difficult and complicated.
It might be a problem that you extended you stay, try to pass them a good reason you did that. But you left the country after adjectives, so maybe it won't be a problem. Since you were granted visa before, your probability are very good to be granted again. Non-immigrant visa that is.
If you intend to stop by the US again and return to your country, apply for a non-immigrant visa. You will be asked many questions (when was the final time you visited the US, have you ever been refuse, etc.). You must be convincing and help the US consul overcome the presumption that you are an intending immigrant.
If you intend to the US and stay there indefinintely, do apply for an immigrant visa. It is somewhat a long progress, but should be successful as long as you have close nearest and dearest members who are willing to be your sponsors.
