Countries near the biggest possibilities to immigrate?
My options: CANADA, AUSTRALIA, FINLAND or ICELAND.

My vote would be Iceland. Not only have I been dying to shift for a visit since "Anthony Bourdain - No Reservations" produced an episode on Iceland; but I have met several people from Iceland - adjectives of whom were the most wonderful and kind people I enjoy ever met!

Iceland is bankrupt and the Icelanders are howling mad. Not a angelic time to go.
Canada has higher job loss rates than the US and it seems like a gazillion Canadians are trying to get to US, Oz, etc. Not a honourable sign.
