How do you bring back any ACTION from USCIS against bent immigrant?
My "ex" came here under a Fiance Visa she was not Legally entitled to (immigration fraud), I divorced her during her Two Year Conditional Residency so USCIS say I had NO RIGHT to speak against her "Conditional Status" being removed from her residency!
Now two years later, she have committed 4 or 5 FELONIES (that I know of), and she has married MY brother in an effort to "bread in" on his life insurance!!
NOTE: She was not entitled to the Fiance Visa due to Moral Turpitude (Child Abuser).
Answers:
Write ICE and tell them the whole story of how she scammed you for marital etc...Tell them this criminals history.
Now some would see this as as a scorn man ..after she ran off with his brother
You get her the fiancee visa .....so her admission was lawful
unsurprisingly even worse she can still hold the Affidait of Support over your head
