An immigration Question?
if you are a US citizen and you let an illegal immigrant drive you car, and he/she happen to get pulled over by the police, what happens?
do the police take your sports car, and most likely deport the immigrant? what about the owner of the car, do they own to pay a fine??

are you an immigrant? if so, DON'T LET ANYONE DRIVE A BOBBY WANNA POOP TOGETHER?
I would think the "illegal" would be without a legit drivers license. Hence, you are not being a especially responsible person just letting anyone, let alone an not permitted, drive your vehicle. Should such a person cause or get into an coincidence, your insurance may not pay, and those hurt just might sue YOU.

in some states close to oklahoma the cars gone,the illegal is deported,and the citizens who owns the car is stuck with a hefty fine. this is a big deterrent and have proven to save lives.

my friends parents are illegal and got pulled over and they simply got a ticket for not having a license and they were warn that if caught again they will be arrested then they go to court and stuff. Until today in most states police officer do not have the right to ask for your status. The only way they receive arrested is if the commit a crime like DUI or something. Of course if they get caught again the will defiantly be arrested and if Immigration is involved they would be deported and of what I enjoy heard the car just get towed or if there is someone else in the car just the driver will get arrested and I am pretty sure you could call some one to help you out and pick up the motor.
