Immigrants DO NOT ENTER ILLEGALLY! Undocumented Aliens enter ILLEGALLY!. Immigrants file prior to entry and continue in the home country pending approval through the BCIS of there immigrant petition. However, frequent illegals will enter illegally to meet up with here family members who reside in the U.S. and report while they are here illegally....which is not how it is suppose to work. If we catch them with an I-797 or I-130 we will sack them up anyways...petition or no petition. surrounded by theory, 1,000,000, per year, is supposted to be the estimate. I think that estimate goes as far final as 1980

28 X 1,000,000 = 28,000,000
US Population = 300,000,000
300,000,000/30,000,000 = 10%

But the reality is they do not know how many family sneak in every year. I would assume at LEAST 1 million get in through the US-Mexico border per year. That is NOT taking within account the millions that get in near visas and never leave.
Forget the 12 million illegals in the US number. The real number is between 20 - 25 million illegals within the US today. Even the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) knows 12 million illegals is a joke. They say 12 million to push amnesties through.
If Americans hear the real numbers of illegals in the US today, the number of violent crimes crooked commit, and most concerning of all, if Americans heard that the number of people the illegals here would know how to chain migrate to the USA (legally) if they get an amnesty, is between 160 - 200 MILLION more immigrants by year 2040, the amnesty society would never have it their way.
Supposedy, there are 12 to 20 million in the US very soon, and Bush gave amnesty when he was elected 8 years ago, so that could possibly mean from 1.5 to 2.5 MILLION per year if divided evenly.Thats alot of import tax dollars not very hard at work.
