It seems to me that an immigrant would not be capable of use ICE to get a ride home as the term immigrant implies that they are here rightfully.
If however you mean an illegal alien then I am not sure exactly how long it would lug but the illegal alien would then be banned from entering the U.S. for a time of year of 10 years and or be banned for life.
