Exit stamp from the UK, disallowed put a bet on for 60 months?
Hi, I was in Germany for 98 days, 8 days over the 90 day target... I flew back to USA via England and Ireland, and in England my passport got stamped beside a stamp saying:
LEAVE TO ENTER FOR 60 MONTHS EMPLOYMENT AND RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS PROHIBITED.
does this mean i'm not allowed fund for 60 months? What if I'm just flying THROUGH england to get to a final destination?
Does this apply to the whole EU?
Am i still allowed to travel back to Germany within 5 years?

Go back to where you come from, britian does not want you.
I would guess it means that you enjoy leave to enter the UK and stay for 60 days, but whilst here you are prohibited from working or seeking access to public funds (no benefits, NHS etc).
If you over stayed ur 90 days curb in Germany then it means u will enjoy serious problem entering Schengen countries (Germany is one of the Schengen countries) SIS2 (Schengen Information System version 2) is keeping record of each & every individual (provided by airlines) .. including EU citizens more or less their travel.
You cannot have Leave to enter for Sixty months on USA passport, its a mistake made by UK BIA officer, he meant to write 60 days & wrote 60 months. Your record within UK is fine as far as you didnt over stay ur limit, but keep in mind UK BIA is connected to Schengen also but one and only to gather data with general public who have criminal Record in Schengen area.
BTW, BIA doesnt put EXIT stamps, its Entry contained by UK stamp u are talking about.
