Acquiring Dutch residency through a Dutch father?
My friend would like to get Dutch nationality so she can live contained by Europe. Her father lives in the Netherlands but he has lived in Australia most of his enthusiasm and he may have been born there, but I'm not sure. He have now returned to the Netherlands and acquired Australian/Dutch dual nationality. Can my friend presently apply for a Dutch passport, even if she was born in Australia? BTW he was married to her mother when she be born but they are now divorced, does that change anything? Also, she is seventeen so still classed as a minor I think. Any sustain would be appreciated, thanks :)
