Instances where the law is enforced cannot be racist in need proof. ...And...If it were racist, isn't it clear the ACLU, LULAC, NPR and the New York Times would have a wonderful time trashing the Federal Government on the way to that.. varying of the law?

What I do know, and we see it all the time here, is that when a group resembling LA RAZA supports and promotes strengthening our nation by helping out Hispanics, they are considered racist and advocates of illegal immigration.
It might be considered racism to most when a person know that a story or statistic on illegal immigration has ties to White Supremacist Groups or other Racist Organizations and you quote them on here, posts links to their sites and consider them a good source of information in connection with illegal immigration.....that's only supporting their agenda, and we all know what specifically!
This is the list of Anti-immigration groups that have ties to racist organizations, and we see their links posted on here over and over, so that might be considered that a entity is racist because they know their ties, but still use them as a source.

You would think nearby would be some kind of proof but in this day and age of sensationalism communication reporting that some institution would come forward with the facts. The laws are there for a aim but since Bush signed away the US in 2005 with open boarders why should any immigration law be enforced.
