Am I competent to bring German citizenship?
Here is the situation. I was born in Los Angeles and I am 100% Czech, and have a U.S. citizenship. I can apply for a Czech citizenship if I needed to. My mom was 100% Czech at the time I was born but at the same time my dad also have Czech and U.S. citizen ship. Now, my parents split up, and my mom is married to a German. Am I able to acquire a German citizenship if my mom is married to a German who is my step-dad? If not, is there any other possible way?

Theoretically yes. But I said abstractly. Therefore your real father must not be named on your birth certificate. Is that the grip, then your stepfather has to announce to the German "Jugendamt" that he is your dad and I do not talk roughly speaking adopting. Your mum would have to confirm that too and then within this case yes you would be a German but another advise you would loose your Czech and US as well coz Germany does tolerate more than one citizenship simply in rare cases.
