How do you feel about illegal immigration, and why do you perceive the way you do??

I live in AZ. I see what it does to my country first hand every day. It's unofficial and needs to stop
The push button world there is illegal. If anyone wants to find the papers and follow the law they are welcome. But having thousand of nation come across the border, take American jobs and partake of our medical care and welfare, which I assistance pay for, bothers me a lot.
If I go to Canada or Mexico without permission I will be arrested and tossed in jail. Why should people from from those or any other country be treated different? I used to be aware of very strongly against it. Now that I see so many racist people complaining around it (not this post but just in general) and posting horrible things about consistent races I don't mind it so much. I'd rather live with illegals than like mad of these americans that spread hate like they do.

Justice willb be done when those bad people run home and the BAD people who make those other bad family come here, have their corporate nipples tweaked and have their GROSS profits lessened.
I don't like it, because illegal immigrants pinch away tax money from taxpayers, and don't have to pay taxes themselves.
I don't mind permitted immigrants though, just to clarify for those people who don't know the difference.
The illegal immigrants are here because in attendance are many jobs that legal residents do not want to stoop to pocket on. Some members of our community lack a work ethic and a pride in their work that the crooked immigrant does not. My overall experience has been that they work very knotty and are very proud to do so. They feel fortunate to have found job. They often take huge risks in plentiful jobs which will not be covered by health insurance and may return maimed to their countries. Many risky residents leave their family behind and may not see their spouses or children for decades.
My opinion is that wrong immigration is the scourge of the USA today. Well, I must say that some illegals are criminals, like the Mara salvatrucha and the drug dealers.
These, they must be deal with. The large majority only want a better existence
I hold no problem with legal immigrants, I appreciate the strong work they do and the efforts they made, that being said, illegal immigrant are criminals who cost the US billions of dollars a year, using our hospitals and public schools, Medicare and Medicaid, and using fake or stolen social security numbers. Illegal immigrant need to go home, sorry. We can barely afford our own those, and if you want to come here legally, learn English and be an honest and productive member of society, I don't effort if you move in next door to me, but illegal immigrant, no way.

I agree 100% with you Pretty_ E.. You got your facts straight. I lived surrounded by San Diego, CA for most of my life, and I've been in New York City in a minute for 4 years for grad school and work. I am also Russian by nationality. Illegal immigration is a problem, but it's not something I stress about everyday because here's a bit secret - if the United States did not have employers offering and employ those immigrants who become illegal or "sneak" over the border, then immigrant would not come here! It's a simply supply and demand analogy, but I feel many are not erudite enough, or don't want to admit the truth of this very explicit fact. So, while Americans blame the illegals for "taking their jobs," I wish they could simply look at the employers who "gave away their jobs." Additionally, I will many would take into consideration common monetary theories like comparative advantage, Stolper Samuelson and Heckscher Ohlin and realize that illegal immigration is not a direct, or even indirect, problem for our discount. Illegal immigration barely makes a dent in the cutback. Stop obsessing over this "problem" and look at your own domestic resources (or lack of) as the cause of your monetary woes. It's such an old argument, but, yet, it never gets anywhere. The reality that there are people who still want to come to the States, legally or not, should be compliment satisfactory.
It's really too bad more people don't go to university. I conjure life would be ten times better in quality.
i think that the associates that come to this country illegally have a reason--------and this country should help them out as much as they can....but i construe the should pay taxes like everybody if they want to belong to this country they should follow the rules like everybody else. The first word within "Illegal immigration" says it all. Illegal, means that they hold broken the laws of the land. Anyone who is here illegally should be arrested ,and sent put money on to where they came from.That is not racist,it is not hatred it is freshly how it should be.

They do get welfare, but they get help from immigration groups contained by how to decieve and navigate our system. I went to the public Health building in a city in Southern California. Almost everyone be Hispanic. The community demographic is far from a hispanic majority. I ask someone I know from a public health from a different county, he said 97% there are Hispanics. What tehy do is that they goto Public Health and get a pregnancy audition and then if they were positive go subsequent door and apply for welfare. What is going on, is that Illegal immigrants can not get Welfare directly, but tehy can get welfare throught their childrens. Also I read an article and asked around in the region of section 8 housing. Illegal immigrants evidently bribe governmetn officials to exaggerate documents to obtain governmetn assistance for housing. Los Angeles has one of the worse problem with that.
