Can an bent immigrant scrap for custody of here child?
I have a friend who wants custody of his daughter, she is a us citizen as well as her mother. But he feel like shes a dead beat and is not taking well brought-up care of his daughter.

Yes, an illegal alien has like access to civil courts as any other person in the United States. Just don't be surprised if the illegal alien's status get dragged into the process.

Are you sure he is interested contained by getting custody for the right reasons vs the wrong ones--eg, he wants to get remunerated child support and/or use the child's citizenship status as a means to an end for him? Now othat he isn't with mom, perchance hes looking for another straw to grasp hold of.

sure he can conflict, is he willing to go to court in front of a Judge and recounting him he ( has no job) since he is not supposed to be here to start with? no supposed to work?

Im sure he could fight for custody but he would have to have proof that she is a "unresponsive beat mom", nobody would just take his word considering he is a criminal. If he did win custody he would stipulation to take himself and the baby back to his home country.
