File I-130 for my spouse 6 weeks within credit previously weed daytime overseas?

I’m planning to marry with my Non American girl friend in her country after 6 weeks , so can I start the petition process by filing a Form I-130, “Petition for Alien Relative contained by advance ( 6 weeks ) earlier before weed day , so we can reduce the process period ?

Nope ..you need that piece of paper ....and no nonsense until you are married ...or we let somebody know her mother
In order to file the I-130, you must be married first. You obligation to include a copy of your marriage certificate with the packet of forms and evidence. So undesirably, you have to wait until after the wedding and after the warrant is issued. Source(s): http://www.uscis.gov

Your girlfriend will one and only be related to you legally AFTER you get married. You cannot file the I-130 contained by advance because you will need to include proof esp. a copy of marriage authorization. The most you can do is prepare in advance other aspects of the paperwork then after you get married, that's when you will file the I-130.Don't put yourself in deep trouble a short time ago because you were wanting to hasten the process by few weeks.
