Other country police tag?
im filing for k1 fiancee visa. she used to work in Riyadh and now stern home in the philippines. does she still needs to get such licence, i have no luck in the uscis website regarding my request for information.

I was a K-1 applicant once from the Philippines. The requirement of the US Embassy Manila about it is one will provide a police clearance if one stayed in another country for more than 6 months and your fiancee will provide this during the interview. Maybe she can start inquiring from former bureau mates/ friends in Riyadh how to go about getting a police clearance while her K-1 is still within process.It will give her a plenty of time to secure for it before her interview. For the police clearance in the Philippines, an NBI clearance will be enough. Good luck.
Riyadh, KSA. Saudis never issue Police certificate (they have no such rule/law to issue one), so forget it. she will one and only get Police certificate from PH.
