If you consider anyone not a original american. Then it would pretty close between England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France and Germany.
But officially nowadays it's Mexico.

An illegal immigrant is by definition undocumented. There is no official count or opinion poll, only estimates.
If USCIS had an accurate tally of the number of illegal aliens contained by the US, they would know where they are and how to get them. All statistics regarding private aliens are guesses with a large margin of innaccuracy.
