Yes, it is illegal, and you've told us over and over.....but I don't know of any, or hear of anybody dictum "OK, let's allow them to cross the border".
People just get confused when Anti-immigration activist verbs "pro-illegal Supporters" views on illegal immigration. I'm not sure if there's any PRO's here anyway....I think that's in recent times a label the Anti-immigration activist put on people that see the positive from unendorsed immigration.
Positives like:
1. They pay billions in taxes every year.
2. They are consumers of American that construct billions in purchases every year to.
3. They do most of the work Americans do not want to do.
4. US Companies benefit from their work ethic.
5. They pay more into the system then they use within the little benefits they are eligible for.
6. They help prices go down. It's been proven that when immigration go up, prices go down.

Well dumb is not the right word. While I agree that near are some pro illegal supporting treasonous idiots on here, I think most are mislead by what the MSM throws at them. All they see is what the liberal La Raza supporters want them too. If anybody actually sit down and thought about it analytically they would be amazed at the actual cost, not to mention the moral fibers that are being slashed... Wake up America.

There has been illegal immigration to America since 1492 and of late about everyone who sees or replies to this question is the nouns of at least one of them.
They are simply in denial with screech that it's too hard to immigrate to the US legally. Over 30% of legal immigrant to the US are from Mexico alone. They accounted for 1/3 of the naturalized citizens in 2006. They also account for more than 50% of the unconstitutional aliens in the US.
If the law is inconvenient to them or they do not meet the requirements, they fail to acknowledge the law and disrespect our nation and citizens in breaking our laws.

Who the hell said we didn't understand the U.S. immigration laws? I very cleary construe the immigration laws so try another question. Why is it that anti's can't pull their team leader out of their a$$ long enough to see the other side of the story?

They don't have N-400 listed in the processing times.i supposes it's too untimely for them to tell.. It usually 3- 6 months. Depend where CIS center is at. Mine took 2 months.
