Safe-conduct is not detrimental to walk off USA?
Hello , Im from Peru and I want to comeback to my country. I have no immigration paper.Somebody told me If I go near my flight ticket to the airport its posible they stop me asking me so many questions and maybe I stir to the immigration jail for my deportation.I really dont want that. I would like to know if safe-conduct is the best way to live USA airport . I hold no criminal record. I just want to comeback home . Thanks.

US immigration is not in the business of stopping undemocratic immigrants from leaving. As long as you have a valid passport, a ticket, and you don't own any outstanding warrents for your arrest, no one will get in your opening.
i say if you have your ticket and valid passport you will be able to move out.to get to USA, you must fill out a form that has 2 parts-all the info give or take a few your passp nu.,where you stay in USA this etc.you hand that at immigration where on earth they check your bags and the stub is stapled to the passp.stamped with the date you must leave.if you hold this they will know when they check your passp to check in,that you over stayed.if you do not well ,they will figure it out.i believe they will be so happy that you are leaving that they will not do anything to you.not to mention yahoo people here will pop overt the bubbly once you are gone-no offense. You need your Peruvian passport or documents from your Peruvian consulate proving you are a citizen of Peru. You cannot fly without proper identification. Go to your consulate and get hold of proof of your citizenship so you can return home. Then get your plane ticket to Lima.
With your passport, even if ICE stops you, you will get home.
Buy a ticket and go home. Unless you hold warrants or are on a DHS watch list, your individual issues will be whether or not Peru allows your reentry. All of those things you mention are possible. Living outside the law always has a downside...I deduce you found one.
