Where do i find the non immigrant visa #?
I'm working on my i-485, it asks me to write down my non immigrant visa number, when i got married i entered the country as a tourist , my tourist visa doesn't have a number do i set off that part in blank?
Answers:
it has a number. check out the top right corner.
No, never leave a sound out blank. Indicate N/A if it is not applicable to your case.
Your non immigrant visa number will be found in your visa. It is a long one. You have to enjoy a number. Everyone who is given a US tourist visa is given a control number with which USCIS can track to whom that particular tourist visa was assigned.
Look at your passport once again where on earth your US visa was stamped by the US embassy. You can find it there.
It is the red number usually located at the bottom of your US visa.If you don't have it afterwards just put "None".They will see it if you have one or not since you are also required to include a copy of your US visa when you submit your I-485.
