How can I marry an immigrant?

My boyfriend and the father of my son is an illegal immigrant and we have been together for the finishing three years. We want to get married and I don't know what we have to do. Does anyone know the process?
Answers:
take your husband down to the local police department and turn him in.problem solved. entice him into the car by offering to whip him for burritos
Believe it or not, it's the exact same process as getting married to anyone else.

Go to the County Clerk (or whoever issues license in your locality) and get a license. You'll both need some class of ID. Once you get the license any clergy, judge or justice of the peace can marry the two of you.

The nuptials changes nothing with good opinion to his immigration status.
opening to contribute to the downfall of american society and laws
Go back to where he came from and marry him at hand, then file to bring him here legally. Why did you marry a criminal anyway, be there not enough American crimnals?
Go with him wager on to mexico and live your lives but if hes canadien just say no and send him packing
Think of how many times, you have seen on answers, women asking what to do when they found out that adjectives he really wanted was citizenship...
Well the marriage itself is graceful you go get your marriage license than you shift to court or church or what you prefer. But you should speak to an attorney because depending on the way he came in he might be deported within the event you try to give him a green card. Just getting married will be no problem but trying to help him with hi immigration status could be risky.
Your parents should be really proud of you.
just stand contained by front of a pastor or priest and say I do.

However this will NOT get him legal status, He will STILL be private.
