Meeting near a immigration attorney........ ?
to try to get help getting my husbands papers. does anybody know how long it will take to do this process if we hire an attorney to capture his papers? iv heared also if he is denied they will take him back. is that true? we are just prior arrangement with them on thursday, whats some questions i should ask before i hire them??

They should be asking your husband going on for every visa he has had in the recent past.
If he entered without documentation, the lawyer should mention something call an I-601 wavier.
