How can a man gain his enduring Green Card or Citizenship after his American wife divorces him?
If a man and woman are married for less than a year , and she divorces him when he's only gotten his Conditional Green Card thru her, how could he get his Permanent Green Card or Citizenship? Doesn't he hold to have one of these to stay & work here?
This question is about my friend Dawn. At the cease of the marriage, she found out her husband probably married her for the card, and a few years after the divorce, he's still in the US. She just found out & be upset. She's worried he'll do this to someone else.
I thought this was pretty disturbing. How did he manage to stay? You would think the divorce and Dawn's christen to Immigration would have prevented that. I was wondering how something like this happen.

Because American Indians are Native -- hence Native American Indians...African and Asian Americans are not home-grown to America. I believe most people that have post hold gotten this wrong....
