Why are Mexicans cracked at me when I disallow to market alcohol because they don't enjoy a California ID?
I work at a cashier and Mexican are piss off when I refuse to adopt other document than California ID or CA driver license to sell them alcohol.
I have been told by my boss that I with the sole purpose have to accept CA ID or driver license or a foreign passport to sell alcoholic beverage. So I'm newly following my company rules and they complain and call me racist.
I try to explain them in a kind route but they piss me off when complain. I don't care the legal status of family who want to buy alcohol. But why they don't understand that I'm just doing my work.
Please don't tell that I'm against mexicans. But they are who hold the consular matriculation right? So ancestors who have this document are who makes the tantrums
Should I send them to hell? Or should I call for to take it easy?

take it easy for your own sake, and i suggest getting another assignment because it sounds like that might be a daily battle for you and it would be forlorn to have to build a thick skin just to look after yourself against shitty hateful remarks all the time. unfortunately at hand is not much you alone can do..its not your job to solve it anyway. so ... its not your problem if they are mad just remember that... Does your boss have a sign on the door and at the brass register stating that customers must have a valid CA ID, DL, or Passport to purchase alcohol. If not I recommend it, and put it in spanish also. This might help prove that it is a policy and you are not denying the Dutch auction just because.

They need to know what to expect BEFORE they enter the store.
At my local shop they have a sign that says - if you look beneath 25, we will ask for ID.
Your company can't make out those rules! What do you do when people from any one of the other 49 states tries to buy alcohol from you near a Maine license or a Wisconsin license or a Pennsylvania license etc.
All alcohol or tobacco buyers must prove is that they are of age, nothing else. If you can accept a foreign passport, which you must, then you can adopt the consular matricula as well.
