How can I return with Us Citizenship?
I have been in this country since 2001. Have 2 small american girls. By two different american father. They pay their child support on time and all of that. I enjoy been tried to have one of the fathers sponsor me I be married to the first father and he was to cheap to pay and my ex-boyfriend was have been angry at me forever since I lied to him about a lot of things. Were within a custody fight and he will probably get joint custody because he found closely of my false documentation to stay here in this country. Means I get less money. I cannot work because none of my paperwork is apposite anymore. Is there anything I can do to stay here. I could try to marry but I have 2 daughters and most men think im a Ho and trying to grasp child support. My passport is good for another 3 years, but my visa is no good. HELP ME PLEASE

You need to quit lying, see where on earth it gets you. In a dill pickle. What do you mean get smaller amount money you mean for child support. That money is suppose to be used for your children, but since you don't work I guess it has to pay your expenses too. I focus you have 2 chances to stay here. Slim and none, and slim has already gone.

This Country gives opportunity to anyone who does it the right way. There are restrictions for reason. What happens is, that money you get or money you make, I wonder if you fall down under the 40% of those that do not pay taxes, and leave the rest of those who do rate taxes, pay to cover what the Gov't says you do not. You might be able to request through a Lawyer, which is the best suggestion that I can give, because this more of a legal issue, and the 'average joe' may not give you the best direction. Call one that deals with immigration laws, and see what they own to tell you. Unfortunately, cases like this are what adds to the American Economic crisis that We experience immediately. I know many people want better, but doing it the wrong way, and even conceivably 'initentionally' cheating the sytem, I don't believe anyone is going to sympathize with.
