What is the best file of behaviour to immigrate to canada? I hold to CA born sons at hand & I have need of to be near them.
I know my sons are already american citizens as I am and american citizen myself. However after being in canada there is NO WAY that I want to make higher my boys in Los Angeles after seeing how beautiful and more importantly PEACEFUL it is up here. It is a much healthier environment for their nouns into substantial upstanding men and I am ALL for that. Ok Their mother and I are not an item any longer unfortunately. She is a born Canadian woman, I am a born American man, and we have 2 boys who can walk contained by both worlds so to speak. My question is basically this? Can my children sponsor me in this country? I want to know how to work and live here legally so they always have their father beside them. If the answer is no then can I be advised the best course of action to gain long-term residence and the right to work? They will be old enough to start school soon and I want to be around for every event, every award. I am a polite man, no criminal record, just dearly in love next to his kids. Help me

I agree that a work visa is probably your best bet. Your sons have to be registered with a US consulate to be capable of claim citizenship.
Best step for you is to file for a work visa , as you are on that work visa , file for permanent residency . Basically continue your 3 year grace period show that you have a income a job and not individual supported by the government and you will eventually be granted citizenship. Your children can only sponsor you if they are over 21 years old. Your children hold to be 21 years old to sponsor you. You will have to apply on your own.
