How can low tech fence compete against giant tecch tunnels?
The tunnels are already in. They are moving the fenses inland so the immigrants will still be in Mexico when the see daylight. The tunnels own cocktail lounges, bed and breakfast, and Starbucks in house.

I'm not sure where you find the high tech tunnels thing from, but the low tech fences are a product of the Bush Administration and their poorly planned immigration projects. The same projects that cost us Billions and don't work.....in recent times like the so-call high tech virtual fence.
