Can an immigrant carry money and food stamp for their child who is an us citizen? if so how?

Yes, All U.S. citizens are eligible for living assistance base on your income. Parents of legal U.S. citizens are eligible for permanent green cards or the option for naturalization.
The first step is the parent have to be legal via naturalization or green card.
The second step is that the parent must submit Legal status, proof of income, residence, and dependents.
This is all submitted to the department of health and human resources.
