Probably Canada, especially the big cities, but it really depends on where in a city you live. Small farm towns, within general, will be less accepting of people who are different, while big, cosmopolitan cities tend to be more tolerant.
Probably Canadians, not as conservative as the americans and dont share some of their questionable accepted wisdom on foreign policy. The french part is not so open minded apparently especially if you are native english speaker, (but thats a french trait the world over) Australians initially seem to be quite friendly but after a few minutes you realise they are quite racist, but because its done in such a jovial attitude people dont always pick up on it. Americans in places close to new york are pretty open minded not like the south. But adjectives these countries are countries built on recent immigration and should be accepting of almost any culture, none of them (except the indiginous folk) have the right to be racist. The Uk on the other hand is not and we are tired of trying to have this compulsory multi-culturalism forced onto us.
But i hold to agree with the first poster, muslim countries would be your best bet. Jordan is quite pleasant and very forward thinking.
