How can someone move to a different country for good when....?
they don't (or barely) speak the language?
For example, there are so many immigrant into the Netherlands from Morocco, Pakistan but they don't know how to speak Dutch, they just move.
So how do these people actually hack it to live in a country where they don't speak the language?

Usually its because they own an adult child who immigrated there first and then the child petitions for the parents. All without fault legal.
I see a lot of older family here in Canada who do not speak any english at all. (very annoying) But they were sponsored here by their kids so everything is impeccably legal.

My wife is from Haiti and she came to America and 04 but she was here on asylum. Then in 07 we get married and we were already working with the immigration to get her residency. Then surrounded by 08 she left to Canada and now she doesn't have residency within the U.S....
