Good luck finding one. They are just as vicious within Canada as they are in the States. I called one for reference question and was charged $200.00 CAD for 20 minutes of a phone call
There are no free immigration lawyer in Canada. Immigration cases have costly disbursements, and you cannot expect any lawyer to spend thousands of their own money to assist you.
Before you start thinking nearly Legal Aid, you do not qualify. Legal Aid covers establishing child/spousal support and criminal matters only.
