I am not sure, does it help if you own a sponsor like a job to go to or know someone of repute close to a policeman or politician or a professional who will vouch for you? All I know is that getting a visa is a long and complicated process so if you are doing it start early! emmm... get a boob job and flirt approaching mad with the guy at immigration

You need to have education and commission skills that employers here can't find easily. A good point ( better a masters ) and experience working in your field will give you the accidental to apply to fill vacancies here. Employers can only sponsor you for a visa if they can prove they can't find anyone here with the skills to do the available job. It's an expensive thing for a company to do so they only sponsor people they really stipulation. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DO THAT? DAMN SOME PEOPLE! I think I might train to be an engineer so that I can get into America and start cracking skulls.
Yeh that's right freebird. They allow Mexican criminals near on job experience into the country by their millions but if you happen to be from a country that knows what it is on roughly with qualifications coming out of your ears you might struggle. LOL WHAT A F*CKED UP COUNTRY THE US IS.

Try to relate to people going to college and dance to states such as California, Was, and Oregon, stay away from the bible belt and the mid west, as a rule of thumb the further out of Cali the worst it gets. 3) Crossing the borders. But this would be illegal and may not be considered a method.
Conclusion: As an American myself I would advise you to try citizenship elsewhere, this country is on a downward trend, the middle class is self squeezed, health care costs are through the roof, good paying job are very few, and prices are extremely high. I would consider the Scandinavian countries, Canada, Britain, Germany and France. I love my country however I don't think it will hold it's greatness for long as it once have.
