No! I wouldn't release any information about anyone I know to anybody.That's just not right.Their legal status wouldn't spawn it right either.
I don't know. I have been fortunate plenty to live in three different countries (England, Mexico, & USA) where I've been competent to meet the people and see both the bad and well brought-up of their gov. I don't think it's right for people to break the law and enter a country illicitly... because no matter how you might put it or deny it, illegals have broken a law and is so a crime.
Having said that, I'm also capable of understanding that at times people don't hold any other choice but to break the law in order to live a 'good enough' natural life. As a citizen of any country it's your right to defend your country, that's very true, but I don't think it's your right to agree on a person's life. I personally don't think I would report them to the authorities... no event what country I'm in.

To the law enforcement folks? Yes. Anyone and everyone.. no.
But do release it to the Law Enforcement folks as soon as you can. Far, far to many of those people own criminal histories, and if the law enforcement people know who they are, and where they are, the frequently find they can solves crimes easier.

Well if you live in a big city, theres a big chance that not a soul is gonna give a cr@p. Unless they are a violent criminal no law enforment (be it PD, ICE, or BP!) I live contained by San Diego, and it would seem that every law enforcement here turns a blind eye. If not, then why are they still lifeless out in front of the home depot?

besides it be a wast of my time. ICE doesnt come after just 1 person, the one and only deport murders and gang memeber after they serve time, and make raids on packing plants and factories where on earth they know a lot of immigrants are working, and can round up a large number of them at ounce.
