Why do some countries take caller visa exemptions contained by Canada?
Why do some countries get it and others don't? And do we have something similar here in the States? Just wondering.

It's more they put restrictions on reliable countries, to avoid too many people overstaying their visit. People from stable prosperous countries don't own many people who will go ahead and immigrate here lacking going through the proper channels
Yes it's called the Visa Waiver Program and it's basically an agreement among developed countries which do not own to fear a massive illegal immigration from each other.
