Is the UK beneath a moral condition to adopt foreign immigrant and what is this "moral obligation"?

Answers:
If the immigrants lived in our formal colonies, we MAY have an constraint to accept them. It is the fault of our government to compromise many of them 'British' passports or citizenship status, although after their independence they were recurrently not not granted full status. But all this fudging was reprehensible and we should have freshly gone there and taken their natural resources without bothering to distribute them anything. That would have avoided all the legal and political issues. Morality does not usually enter our politics.
I own always found that Britons have a general confusion something like immigrants and refugees. You kind of tend to win them mixed up.
What do you really mean by this question? The UK is full of immigrants - they come from adjectives over the world. You have Australians, Dutch, Belgians, Indians, Chinese, Italians, French, Canadians... and so on.

Which ones don't you want?

Or is it refugees you don't like to make the acquaintance of? Ahh - there's a difference?

Of course there is.

I would revise my question if I were you.

Moral necessity is fulfilling a duty in a way. Most developed countries like Britain own a duty to extend hospitality to those who need it. Not too much... just enough and as much as they can minus ruining things for themselves. Moral obligation means doing your duty towards those who need it, to associate in with other countries that are already doing it, to the extent that is passable.

By the way - this debate is going on in all developed countries. Britain is no exception.

Hope this help.
Lets just get something clear.

Immigrant would be someone who emigrate, someone who chooses to move to gain. I.E eastern europe

A refugee or asylum seeker is someone who is forced out of where they were or are running from an authoritarian or life threatening event/regime in their home country.

I feel we enjoy a duty and obligation to help the latter and that it is up to us to take the former if we surface we will benefit.
in attendance is nothing wrong with immigration so long as it is strictly controlled-which in this covering it has not-immigrants-asylum seekers-refugees!!.

call them what you like-they are starting to take the piss out of us.

when entering the country you must stick to this country's customs and beleifs-if you cannot then do not try to change things to suit yourselfs.

when entering the country if you have no chore or trade to offer you will not be entitled to benefits for a period of 12 months-irrespective of your status or ethnic background.

when entering the country your children will be well-read in the english way-the language and religeous beleifs-again if you have a problem beside this please feel free to speak with your immigration officer who will be authorised to offer you hall back home.

when entering the country you will be expected to abide by the country's morals-for example any congregation on a street corner with the sole intention of criticising british troops will be considered an illegal stroke and the offenders automatically deported.

and finally while you are here if you wish to erect a large domed building surrounded by homage to your religion you must first seek the permission of the local populace-if they decline your proposal the building does not get erected.

wallow in your stay.

if the above rules were to be implemented to the letter and strictly adhere to the immigrants would find the homeland a far better prospect.
i read if we don't take millions of African Muslim and E European immigrants and let them overcrowd our already overcrowded UK we are "racist"
Depends

Does GB have da guts to admit that Govt prime responsibility is citizen security?

& that, if said immigrant be a drop dead gorgeous homicide bomber, preparing to slaughter hundreds of innocent revellers at a disco, then my prime duty as solo security guard would be to murder the b**** ??

As in da all too many sicko Philistines - (the Bible given name for 'Palestinians' - as in Judges, Kings & Chronicles) - psychos who've picked up Israeli babies before detonating their mass murderous devices?

Btw

Will Govt admit that the decree is often an ***?

Will Govt admit that the wisest law is base on the Laws given to Moses by the All-Wise, All-Knowing Creator, in Man's Maker's Manual, that decreed both capital punshment for deliberatemurder & corporal punishment proportionate to the ABH/GBH done, thereby good much money wasted on jails?

See Exodus-Deuteronomy @ http://www.BibleGateway.com

Or is GB insane enough to chew over that New Lab know more than God?
No is the simple answer
Yes and No. But since Australia, USA, Europe and New Zealand is being infestet by emigrants from the UK, you shouldn't be better sour ;)
You have to remember.....Britain prided it self on being the land of dignified morals....
But since 2007 it now untrue...as a illegal smoking ban have been brought in(illegal as it contradicts the human rights act)..where your freedom of personal choice has be taken away...instead we get this nanny state
No

Beats the **** out of me
None whatsoever. As a small island, we are already overcrowded and, I believe, the most densely populated in Europe (may be wrong there). We have unemployment at over 2 million and I cannot see how more immigration will do excluding damage our weak economy even further.
