The single way is to stop the poorly planned fence project, the money saved here (Billions) could hire more Border Agents instead.....more agents = more Americans with jobs.
i live in el paso tx. about three miles from the border and i can honestly say that the authentic problem stems from the u.s. side of the border. it is the people from this side of the border who provide the drug cartels with ammunition and guns, also it is the use of drugs by the relations who provide the market for the cartels not to mention the money they make from the u.s. drug users.
the mexican border and the the city of juarez have been taken over by the mexican military and is already slowing down the number of murders.
anyway i also believe that the border should be closed thereby cutting off the supply and constraint problem. and to sum it up people from mexico should come over to the u.s. with special credentials and the u.s. people should be told that if they choose to jump into mexico they will be there at their own risk.

My wife and I just went to Singapore to see my father-in-law and absolutely loved the country. My wife is originally from Indonesia and to read out the least we want to live there ASAP. I am not wasting my 5 points on debating on living in another country or how some inhabitants...
