Does anyone know what a eea2 resident card looks resembling and why is it this long to return with very soon.?

Answers:
it's not actually a card but an endorsment in your passport - sort of like a stamp. I'm not sure why these things are taking so long excluding they are a completely useless department - their own rules say that these applications should take no longer than 6 months to process otherwise applicants will be entitled to claim for damages:

5.9 Six-month rule
Community law requires us to opt applications for a Residence Card within 6 months from the date of receipt of the application. Every effort should be made to do so, principally where an applicant draws our attention to an alleged breach of this requirement. Failure to comply with this requirement could leave the Home Office unfold to a claim for damages. Source(s): http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco...
why would you want to know what it looks like, you going to counterfeit it?

lenght of time if you applied is caused mainly by your home country answering the parcels sent out to check on you.
then once they get these back it take one to 3 months ot process.

what country is this card?? could have giving more info on this.
