My son who is American, is contained by Canada. How long can he stay?

Obviously he has a passport, but does he have to come back at a unshakable amount of time? He doesn't want to until I marry my fiance who he is staying with. I am marrying my fiance in September. He is Canadian and I plan to move within the end of this year.
Legally though, does my son have to come back ahead of time?
Son is 18 if that matters

He needs to abide to the period of stay contained by the passport stamped the last time he checked in. He can regularly check in and out from the customs. That is what my mum other do when she visits her home and the other side of the border :X .
So he is not a canadian citizen??
Then he can VISIT Canada for NO more than 6 months and any more than that, will make him ILLEGAL.
And since he is already working contained by Canada ILLEGALY he has already broken the law. I hope he gets discovered and deported!!! Thus he will never be allowed to enter Canada again. He is a criminal as is his employer.
You are an confederate so you are also a criminal.

Your canadian fiance can apply for you to immigrate to Canada. The good news is that when CIC find out your son is working illegally surrounded by Canada, your son will be deported and so will you. Source(s): PR in Canada
he can single stay 6 months though border control have the right to limit his stay to a shorter time if they so choose, your son can not work while in canada
While there he should become a citizen and then will be trial in both countries. Canada is amazing I'm from Windsor Ontario. No one should have to leave unless they do somehting wrong.
Your son is officially only allowed to stay 6 months on a look in. He can apply for a temporary residence permit which will allow him to stay longer and probably won't be a problem. You should look into this too as I'm not sure you can just move to Canada, even if you marry. Your fiance should be checking these things out and starting the paperwork.

Your fiance's constituency organization can be a good source of free advice on these issues.

Welcome to Canada
hmm you can give the name an airport or something to find out
