Green card interview?
my wife and i went this morning for the green card interview; we waited minutes in the lobby, next the officer called us and told us that she is unable to conduct the interview becasue she could not get my record, it is still in process of completition, either at the backgiound check level or somewhere around, so she said she will phone up us to schedule another appointment as soon as my file reaches her desk. Does anybody experience duplicate situation? is that a polite way to deny my application?

No, just the federal gov't at its finest. My husband and I went for his interview 2 hours away . First the guy be on a personal cell call when were in his bureau and then he denied the application because we moving during the process and the address on the application didn't match the address on his driver's license. He didn't look at anything else just that address. I be so pissed.
No, I don't think so. If they want to refuse your application they will do it surrounded by official way. Not like this. So be leniency every thing will be fine. GOOD LUCK
