Legalizing my status?
hi I am an international student who recently became an illegal contained by the states because of not being able to pay for my college,
is there any possibility for me to get my legal status again or can unsanctioned person get a green card?
thank you
Answers:
No, here is no possibility.
Go to a legal representative ASAP.
Yes is a way to be legal again.
Pay your school or exit the country.
The point is to do not be deported because next you cannot be back for more than 10 years.
By the way don't even think for a Green card.
Key thing Should not stay more afterwards six months after loosing the status. Then You will be barred for 3 years from entering US.
illegals get the green card through the marriage. But Why should some one stay not permitted here unless there real hardship. Stay Legal follow the Law,
no go home
