Am I eligible to apply for Canadian immigration/citizenship?

I'm 18 right now, and I want to study/work/live in Canada. My problem is I don't have that much money to afford to salary for college in Canada. I want to work in Canada and raise satisfactory money to afford for my college there THEN go to school. My boyfriend lives surrounded by Canada right now, so when I do move up there I will be living with him.

So...how can I apply for a study receipt when I don't have enough money to go to a University.

Also...how can I apply for a work licence when I'm not a skilled worker. (I'm only 18! I've only had 1 work!)

Another, how can I apply to be an immigrant when these do not apply for me: Skilled workers and professionals, Canadian Experience Class, Investors, entrepreneurs and self-employed people, Provincial nominees, Sponsoring your family (I'm purely his girlfriend not spouse).

I have looked on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/i...
So don't give me that link.

It would be considerate to have a number or e-mail I can call in regard to this information specifically. (Not an automated answering machine)

Sorry but you already have the website and you have already pointed out all the ways surrounded by which you do not qualify. And you have already discovered what SO MANY other 18 years have learned.

Canada does not want UNEDUCATED immigrant
Canada wants SKILLED immigrants
So you must obtain a skill.

You enjoy 3 choices -

1 - join the military - they always need uneduated population. They pay for college and they pay good money and they train you for a skill as economically.

2 - Go to college or university in your home state - and then get a assignment in the field of that degree for 2 years and THEN reapply to Canada. And if this take a few years - well good for you for following the rules.

3 - get married to apply in a minute - but your spouse MUST have a job or some income to support you.
You may be denied if you do get married presently - because CIC will assume that you got married just to get Canadian residency. (which is probably true).

Now for the address - and I am old enough to be your mother so I can say this.

It is a certainty that most 18 years olds who get married will be seperated or divorced by the time they are 22. Thats because they miss out on fun, education and travel. They miss out because they get tied down to home beside kids.

So most 18 years olds who do get married at that age, become resentful because they missed out on striving for their dreams. Without dreams, we humans cannot live.

I know this from personal experience. I watched my sister make the biggest mistake of her existence and get married at age 19 just because she was pregnant. We told her it be a big mistake but she would not listen. Her b/f swore he would kill himself if she did not marry him. The b/f was emotionally unstable and suicidal. We did not find this out until a long time later.

Anyway she be seperated within 2 years and divorced by the time she was 25. Raising her son on her own. And living on welfare. You do not want to be in this position if you acquire married at 18.

If you do apply for welfare in Canada within the first 3 years of getting PR status, your canadian spouse (or ex spouse) will be required to repay the money (what you get on welfare) wager on to the govt. If he does not then he will be harrased by collections agencies and his credit will be destroyed. Source(s): PR in Canada - BTDT
