I am tired of this nation full of moaners (UK). Not that I support illegal immigration but why don't y'all get off your backsides, stop pubbing, watching soaps and clubbing adjectives day/night and get an education or swallow your pride and slave away working double shifts in industry to fashion ends meet just like they do - conceivably that will make it near impossible for the ever-wise illegals to capitalize on our lazyness and lack of ambition. Illegal immigrants have no documentation. They hold no national insurance number and no tax reference number. Therefore they cannot work in any established firm. An established firm have to declare its workers and pay their tax and NI. The job that illegal immigrants do are low paid, and not within mainstream industries. This is part of the illegality of their status - they cannot get the documents required to legalise their status surrounded by this country. They are the cockle pickers of the world so to speak.

The government think they hold improved the working man's lot by introducing it, but they have made it possible for employement to be akin to slave labour for the majority. There are basically too masses of them and they are competing with British people for a finite number of jobs. They are normally willing to accept lower wages or poorer conditions/insecure temporary contracts, making them esier to hire and fire than a British worker.

Bosses are basically using the influx of Migrants to offer crappier wages and conditions because they know that in a climate when there is a great deal of competition for work, people have to be less choosy and simply take what they can get. they can also get away beside not investing in British youngsters and people who want to train because its much cheaper to just hire someone from out of the country who is ready-trained.

Unfortunately the chances of working 60 hours a week very soon is zilch because the European Union thingy have put a cap on the number of working hours anyone can do.
All immigrants [legal & illegal] working more than the permissible number of hours for less than the minimum wage are being exploited by employers who practise this within the UK through agencies [often foreign and hand in glove with their embassies] who receive paid the minimum wage or more per person by the employer and then settle their agency workers less.
That's how they make their profit. Many don't pay NI contributions compensated by the employer to the agency or the NI contributions paid to the employee by the employer through the agency. They keep this for themselves - and who will ever know?
