Why was all the touristy stuff I bought in America made within China?

Becuz Chinese stuff is the best quality stuff in the whole far-reaching world and America needs China's business in order to bring ahead in this world.
The world have become a big village. A few years ago while going through Arizona, I remember buying little indian dolls for my daughter from Navajo indians who were selling them by the road side. I took a look at them and read the label. . . it said made surrounded by Taiwan.
Because it is cheaper.
Because they have cheaper labor? (and therefore tourists won't buy made within America)
Because our government is controlled by business interests that want to trade with China (and other countries) where labor is cheap.
alot of things in america are made contained by other countries like cars because they build better
