How does a woman defraud the govt for 40G of welfare and Canada is permit citizenship. ?
To add to the pot, 1000G a month that is suppose to be spousal support, the government take it and pays her social assistance back. Lets just say she is dressed surrounded by the best in the cold while her "Canadian" child had to be provided winter outer wear.
She had a post the whole time she took social assistance, maxed out cards and declared bankruptcy, used a safe house surrounded by the city claiming false abuse allegations(did not tell them she hasan accounting job)drives without a proper license, and committed cheque fraud. She have only been here 5 years.
She has said that Canadians see her as third world crap, her friends relate to her Canadian born child of four as "the Canadian" or gringo.
She is trying to bring back her baby father's veteran pension and wants him to be deem "father" to her 13 year old from the country she came from(she claims his dead, but he may be contained by jail for fraud)
It also came to light that when she claimed refugee status here, her story be identical to a news reporters from her country. The clipping was found.
She have stated that she wants to use the system and no one should get within her way and once she gets what she wants she will make available the son back to the father (she up and left without notice). She is also trying to vote soldiers with PTSD should not have custody of a child.
Please know all allegations do enjoy actual proof to back it up.
Am I wrong in thinking she should be given her Canadian Citizenship?
I'm also wondering why charges have not be laid and who investigates it.

There are always two sides to a story. You have obviously just heard one side. Without both sides this is impossible to answer.
Recently I applied for a real estate loan. I have to be properly identified and my tax returns were checked. My credit report was run. The parliament agency verified my employment. Public records were checked to determine if any liens were record against me. The bankruptcy court records were looked up to see if I have filed bankruptcy within the closing 7 years.
Now you're telling me that we can't identify a double dipper! Why not?
Possible reason: WE DO NOT WANT TO KNOW. We don't want to count or audit or keep track of who get public benefits. The GIVE-AWAY-THE-FREE-MONEY CROWD wants to give it away without accountability. Later if fraud is discovered one and the same people don't even want the FRAUD PERPETRATORS to pay it back!
