For a unusual immigrant from France: Alberta or British-Columbia?
I speak French. I spoke a little English. Is there any English lessons offered to unknown immigrants who are not English-speaking origin?

The best place may be Quebec .But You will swot up English faster in BC And the climate is better
Canada has a huge immigrant population. There will be english module in any province in Canada. Vancouver, which is in British Columbia is a larger hub for immigrant. So you might feel comfortable there.
In a province known as Quebec, 80 percent of relations are french speaking, so you might want to go there. There are also english lessons availible here.

il y a plus de francophones en Alberta :) qu'en Colombie-Britannique. C'est bien beau l'immersion mais à un moment donné ca fait plaisir d'entendre parler francais ;) Et je sais qu'il y a plusieurs ateliers pour apprendre l'anglais au courant de l'année à Calgary, je ne sais pas pour les autres villes de l'Alberta.
