From my emails I get from homeland securities and the border patrol it is known that the govt of Mexico WANTS their poor and people that could poss be a burden on their govt to step north and in fact has pamphlet and other info on how to do this and where is the safest place to cross.It even tell them about the services that are here contained by the US to help them such as La Raza.Now La Raza has gone on the record clich¨¦ they don't endorse illegal aliens but in alike breath says they help ALL people of hispanic heritage.
