Immigration sound out in the order of form I-864?
I will be filling this form in January so I will have my 3 most recent W2's. My cross-question is if I only worked 6 months for my 08' year, could my employer write a letter stating what I would have made surrounded by a year (12 month period) so I can meet the requirements.
Also this is stupid to ask but do I really need to dig up outmoded emails and show plane ticket stubs as evidence of a real marriage. I have neither?
The evidence I do enjoy is I have been married over a year to my spouse, I have resided within his country for a year, I am a legal resident of his country and the BIGGEST Piece of evidence would be our 5 month old daughter. Since I have adjectives that do you think I can bypass the whole-email thing and showing plane ticket stubs? Also should I mention that I decided to maintain our daughter overseas with my husband so I could get everything ready here within the states for them to come?

Pictures of your wedding, party at home with friends and family and of course, your child should be adequate. No need to explain anything that was not asked.

Another accepted proof of a relationship is pictures showing you both together over a time term plus pictures with your children.
