*** Biometrics Exam***?
Frist I wanna thank anyone for the feedback!
Just got my letter that my next step is to help yourself to a "BIOMETRICS EXAM".
Just wanna know....
1. What does that really mean? Is it like a physical or what?
2. How long that one have to linger for the Appointment letter for the BIOMETRICS EXAM?
3. As far as indentification is concerened if I dont have any current i.d. what can I bring?

Biomatrix is only your finger prints for investigation. Take your appointment getting and your i.d. Whatever you have at hand to identify yourself and that's it.

It is not a medical.The biometrics exam is for 3 things...Fingerprints,digital photographs and retinal eye scan. Its all to do near positive identity,will be kept on government records for ever, and will be part of your US passport when you get hold of one!
The best ID is a current passport, next is a drivers licence ot an employee ID card.Don't you have any of those? If not, you may be capable of get one from your state, of from social security, or your local library if they have them.
The time you own to wait depends on the backlog in your area. You might find that information on the website of your local USCIS department that is handling your application.
Don't take any cameras, knives or cellphones within with you. If there is no line, it will pinch less than 30 minutes.
Don't panic. It is no big deal.

I'm a US citizen, my fiance is an Irish citizen. We're getting married there and I'll be moving there temporarily, maybe 2 years at the longest, while we skulk for his approval to move to the US as a resident. During this time we want to start having children...
