Yes, bribes can see you to obtain faked academic certificate from corrupt people. As you can obtain such documents in Britain, presumably we are a "corrupt country" afterwards. QED.
Yes I know someone who used a bribe here. It was over showing a minor document from a previous marriage. For 1 hundred euros they didn't have to show a document.

I know I have had people within for interview with the 'right' qualifications but strangely enough beside only a basic knowledge contained by accounts.

i have experience of pathetic locum doctors when my son was small ....there be two of them, and neither was british, they visited a sick toddler with a heat and told me to give him calpol .....this happened a couple of times in one week

when my son continued to suffer i took him to my GP and insisted that he look at him ......he was sent to hospital and diagnosed with meningitis ...missed by both locums

i know meningitis is not easy to recognise but at this time within were several cases in the midlands

fortunately my son recovered ....no thanks to these quacks .......i wonder if they have a qualification between them .....
