Would you marry an criminal immigrant if you be both within love?
I was just curious to read people's opinions on this issue. Also, if you be in this predicament, what do you think you could ask your partner to do to prove it was tangible love?

of course a person should be willing to die for the personality they love...if you married an illegal immigrant would you have illegal-in-laws? No...because if they are illegal or even in recent times a criminal and legal....their past follows me and effects me throughout my life. You are the company that you hold on to...now and forever. I did marry my husband when he was still considered an illegal immigrant. He wasn't completely illegal though, because when he get here he turned himself in letting USA know he was here and had started his papers right later. He said that when he was in Mexico he tried to file for papers but nought was happening. So he did jump, but he did turn himself surrounded by. Now he is an American Citizen, which I am so proud of him. I didn't need him to prove that it was real love. When you are within love you just know it, theres no proving it. yes, and for those who said No because they think that even if you marry an illegal immigrant they will still be deported from the u.s to their home country You are WRONG. if you return with married with a u.s citizen or permanent resident you have the choice to apply for status adjusment ( green card) and if you meet all the requirements then you take your green card. Does being married to an american citizen means you will be allowed to stay in the country ? most of the time yes but I enjoy denied some applications and have asked them to leave the country immediately however it doesnt come up all the time.
Most expected not if they were ILLEGAL but a foreign person, yes. This is only because I am not a admirer of butting heads with the law... as expected love separates all boundaries.
Yes, I would marry an forbidden immigrant if I were in love with him. I don't presume I could ask him to prove it was real love but I would probably want a long engagement to sort out how to get him permissible. If it is true love, then it will withstand the time needed to become a citizen (even it that takes a few years). Good luck. What is the REAL reason you would be marry this person? For them to gain clearance in the U.S. or to truly be with you? A soul can say anything to you to get our of you what they want. Once you do it, who says they will not split and do doesn`t matter what just so you will not be with them anymore. I would consider all angles of this situation until that time diving right in.

Since I would never fall in love with one, I really don't see myself coming to that scenerio. However, I do know at smallest 2 women stupid enough (and ugly enough) who married men just to give support to them get into the USA or stay here.

Yes, because that would grant them the opportunity to become endorsed because they are married to a citizen. Why wouldn't you? And I think marriage is a GREAT way to prove that you love someone. If we be really in love, I could think of no better way. Yes. Love know no borders. ;)
In time you would be able to see whether or not they were genuine. Also, a prenup might relieve.
And to stay out of legal trouble, have them become a citizen or get their visa or green card first beforehand marriage!

If you are it sounds like you enjoy some trust issues in your relationship and regardless of his immigrant status you should seek counseling before tying the snarl.
I absolutely would. Immigrants don't get automatic citizenship only by marrying a citizen. There's a lot of paperwork, money, and time. It can take years even after a legally recognized marriage. No i would Choose the way of being "correct" and Livin sorrowful til I am Dead! God bless the USA!

No, when it is found out, the person will be sent out of the country for illegally immigrating...matrimonial or not. Then it might take about 10 years for them to get subsidise in legally...IF they qualify. 5 years federal prison, $250,000 dollar fine, or both for me!
