Arrested for solicitation of Prostitution 647 (b) (effect on immigration- On H1b visa)?
Hi,
I was arrested and cited for solicitation of prostitution under sec 647 (b) .I am on H1b visa currently and have file for my i-485 adjustment of status (I am dependent ) please advise what effect it would have on my immigration status. I am consulting an immigration attorney and also contesting . Anybody have any experiences

No experience at hand, but prostitution is a heavy charge. You will have to wait and see if you are found guilty.

because their moral and ethical standards allow them to justify breaking the law,thus grating at their conscience. Most sane people are born knowing the difference between right and wrong true... plus they probably have illegals mowing their lawns, cleaning their toilets etc. and dont want to have to pay a citizens more to do indistinguishable thing!...
