Any option for working for another employer on O-1 visa?
My friend, a dancer, has an O-1 visa. A different employer wishes to employ him for some upcoming shows and have given him a W-9 form to imbue out. It is a great opportinity for him but he does not have enough time to obtain a modern visa for it. His current US employer is happy for him to do the shows. Are there any options at adjectives for him to legally do the shows and recieve a pay cheque for it? e.g permission from current employer. What would evolve if he just went ahead and filled out the W-9 and did the shows? Thankyou surrounded by advance.
